Marinated Dried Tofu
1.
Put the halogen material into the pot
2.
Pour in some water and boil
3.
Pour the old brine and continue to boil
4.
Add the dried tofu in oil, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook
5.
After about five minutes of cooking, you can add salt and cook
Tips:
1. The dried tofu I bought is easy to taste, and it can be done in five minutes;
2. Don't cook the oily tofu very well, it will be much darker when it gets cold;
3. Regarding the old brine, after each time it is boiled and filtered, boiled and then cooled, it can be frozen in the refrigerator. Take it out for about a month and re-freeze. If you need it within a week, you can keep it in the refrigerator;
4. Regarding the old stew, the soy products cannot be reused after they have been boiled, so I usually boil the old stew first, pack a part of it and freeze it, and then put in the dried tofu. The soy products are easier to taste and don’t need a lot of them. The soup will do.
