Griddle Duck---griddle Sambo

Cut the duck into small pieces.

Boil the ginger slices open and blanch the duck meat.

Put in the pressure cooker and adjust to the meat pressure, put two star anises, half a sliced ginger, and two cinnamon leaves

When braising the duck, prepare the ingredients: cut into long strips of tofu, slice green peppers, break the cauliflower, cut green onions, and mince pork.

Pour in a spoonful of Yishutang hemp oil, add ginger slices and sauté fragrant, pour in the minced meat

After the minced meat turns white, pour in the cauliflower and stir fry until the cauliflower is half cooked

Pour in tofu and stir fry

Pour the pressed duck meat into the pressure cooker and stir fry evenly

Pour in scallions and green peppers and stir-fry evenly

Add soy sauce and salt, half a bowl of water, then add soy sauce and stir fry until the green peppers are soft and ready to be out of the pan. Note that if the pan is short of oil during the period, you can directly pour the duck meat out of the pressure cooker.
Tips:
If you want the cauliflower to ripen quickly, the cauliflower can be blanched and then fried.
