Marshmallow Yogurt Ice Cream

Prepare all the ingredients. The yogurt is homemade original Caspian yogurt, and a part of the whey is filtered out. The ice cream tastes good, not too spicy.

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl

Use a manual whisk to stir evenly, it is very easy to stir, and the whipped cream does not need to be beaten

Pour the mixed liquid into the bucket of the ice cream machine. The ice cream bucket needs to be frozen in advance for at least 6 hours.

After turning on the power, the ice cream machine runs for ten minutes

Ten minutes later, the liquid began to thicken, the room temperature was 32 degrees, and the ice cream maker melted by itself.

Pour the stirred ice cream into a fresh-keeping box, put a piece of plastic wrap in the box, and freeze it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until it hardens.

The frozen ice cream can be taken out with the plastic wrap and cut into pieces. Just pour some jam when you eat it.
Tips:
1. There is no sugar in the ice cream, all marshmallows are used instead
2. The ice cream bucket must be placed in the refrigerator in advance for at least 6 hours
3. Now the temperature is high, while the ice cream machine is running, it melts by itself, and it can run for ten minutes
4. If there is no ice cream machine, just put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. Remember to take it out and stir it a few times. If it doesn't stir, it will freeze hard.
