Avocado Pudding

Prepare the avocado and other ingredients; cut the gelatine slices into half and soak them in pure water for later use;

Mix 150g of pure milk with 40g of granulated sugar, and cut the avocado in half;

Dig out the avocado pulp and put it in a mixing cup, add 100g of pure milk, and use a hand-held mixing cup to beat into a fine puree;

Heat the milk and confectioner's sugar over a low heat until the side of the pot makes a thin bubble, add the soaked gelatine slices (hold the water with your hands), and stir until the gelatine is completely melted;

After you let it cool for a while, put in the beaten avocado puree, and stir evenly with a stirring rod;

Pour the well-stirred pudding liquid into the container, put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies; pour the pudding liquid to half or 1/3 of the container;

The gelatin in the auxiliary materials is soaked softly, and 20g of fine sugar is put into a mixing cup, put in hot water, and heated until the gelatin and sugar are completely melted;

Put 250g of thick plain yogurt (filtered out the water in advance), beat evenly with a stirring rod, take out the solidified avocado pudding, pour the yogurt pudding liquid on it, and continue to put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies;
9.
Pour 1/3 of the mango pudding liquid into the avocado pudding. After solidification, pour the yogurt pudding liquid to a full cup.

Mango Pudding Liquid: 140g milk, one piece of gelatin, 100g mango pulp, 5g lemon juice
The avocado pudding is divided into 3 layers, one layer of avocado, one layer of mango, and one layer of yogurt. Add layers according to your preference.
