Matcha Ice Cream

Prepare iced whipped cream and matcha powder, and iced 350ml sweet milk

Pour sweet milk into a glass container

Pour whipped cream and mix it with pure milk

Add an appropriate amount of matcha powder
5.
Stir all the ingredients of the ice cream until the matcha powder is fully melted
6.
Take the ice cream inner bucket out of the freezer and put it into the outer shell of the ice cream machine
7.
Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream machine inner bucket

After closing the lid of the outer tub, plug in and quickly start the ice cream machine. After 30-40 minutes, the ice cream is made.
Tips:
1. Put the inner bucket of ice cream in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for more than 12 hours before making ice cream (the ambient temperature of the freezer compartment cannot be lower than minus 18 degrees)
2. Children who like to eat harder texture can put the inner bucket in the freezer after ice cream is finished and freeze for 2-3 hours (I use 2.5 hours)
