Matcha Ice Cream

Prepare raw materials: 15 grams of 3.8 degree lime rum cocktail, 250ml whipped cream, 120 grams of condensed milk, 6 grams of matcha powder;

Add 50 grams of condensed milk and matcha powder to the bowl and mix well;

Add the remaining 70 grams of condensed milk and 15 grams of lime rum cocktail and mix, stir well;

The whipped cream does not need to be added with sugar, and it is sent directly to 8 minutes, and clear lines appear;

Mix the matcha condensed milk solution mixed in step 3 and the whipped cream whipped in step 4 and mix well;

Pour the mixed matcha ice cream solution into the freezer;

Cover the lid of the freezer box, put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator, and freeze for more than 5 hours before eating!
Tips:
Whipping whipped cream does not require additional sugar, it can be whipped completely, because condensed milk is added, if whipped cream is added with sugar, it will be very sweet, ,, whipped cream must be placed at 4 before whipping. Refrigerate at -10℃ for at least 24 hours before sending.
