The meatballs, seafood and mixed vegetables in the pot have meat, vegetables, fish and mushrooms. They only use three sauces for the seasoning. They are already delicious, rich in fragrance and warm, and are just right for dinner in winter.

Meatballs, Seafood and Mixed Vegetable Claypot

1. Each material

2. Heat the clay pot, add the flower seed oil and saute the ginger and garlic

3. Add three kinds of sauces and stir fry until fragrant

4. Pour a bowl or so of water and bring it to a boil

5. First make the minced meat with mushrooms into a ball shape and put it in the pot

6. The meatballs are boiled for about 5 minutes, and the shrimps and pen-tube fish are added.

7. Cordyceps flower, Agaricus blazei

8. Cook for 10 minutes, add snow peas and coriander, then turn off the heat

9. The whole pot of meatballs, seafood and mixed vegetables can be served on the table.

Tips:

Mushroom minced meat is made by mixing minced pork and shiitake mushrooms with salt, sugar, chicken powder and corn starch
