Bean Sprouts in Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: bean sprouts, salted eggs, minced meat with mushrooms.

2. Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water.

3. Heat up a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and pour in minced mushrooms and sauté.

4. Add half a bowl of water to boil.

5. Pour in the bean sprouts and continue to boil for about 3 minutes.

Tips:
