Bean Sprouts in Soup

Prepare ingredients: bean sprouts, salted eggs, minced meat with mushrooms.

Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water.

Heat up a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and pour in minced mushrooms and sauté.

Add half a bowl of water to boil.

Pour in the bean sprouts and continue to boil for about 3 minutes.

Tips:
Do not pour the bean sprouts until the water is boiling, so that the boiled bean sprouts remain crisp and tender. The salted egg itself has a salty taste. Try the saltiness first when adding salt.
