It was originally made with preserved eggs, but I used pork balls to make it. The bean sprouts are very tender and delicious

Bean Sprouts in Soup

1. Wash the bean sprouts

2. Wash the meatballs

3. Meatballs cut into small pieces

4. Boil water

5. The water boils down the balls

6. The water boils after the meatballs are placed, and then the bean sprouts are placed

7. Turn over

8. After the bean sprouts are cooked, a small spoon of peanut oil

9. Salt to taste

10. Cook and turn off the heat

Tips:

I like to cook the bean sprouts for a longer time if they are softer.
