Meringue, sweet and crunchy, is a favorite of children, especially my children usually eat too little things that are too sweet. It is rare to have this to eat and it is even more enjoyable. I am addicted to eating one bite.

Tips:

Meringue is very delicious, but it is easy to get damp, and it will not be brittle after getting damp. It must be sealed and stored immediately after cooling, preferably with a desiccant.
