Meringue
1.
Prepare the ingredients, put milk powder and corn starch together
2.
Egg whites, caster sugar, lemon juice (no or not)
3.
Beat with an electric whisk until dry foaming, gently lift the whisk to form a firm corner
4.
Add cornstarch and milk powder
5.
Stir evenly with a spatula
6.
After being mixed, put it into a piping bag with a piping nozzle. I used a 2D 6-tooth flower nozzle for the piping nozzle.
7.
Squeeze it into a baking pan covered with tarp
8.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes
9.
Bake it until there is a little yellow on the edge of the surface. After it is out of the oven, let it cool and you can gently remove it with the help of a scraper to eat.
Tips:
Meringue is very delicious, but it is easy to get damp, and it will not be brittle after getting damp. It must be sealed and stored immediately after cooling, preferably with a desiccant.
