Microwave Cucumber Diced Soup

Shi Yunsheng has a thick and mellow broth.

Diced fish, cucumber slices, shredded ginger, shredded pepper, shredded coriander.

Boil water in the soup bowl, add diced fish, add salt, and ginger to remove the fishy smell.

Drain again

Arrange the cucumbers on a plate.

Load the diced fish again.

Add chili, ginger, and shredded coriander. If you don't think it is salty enough, sprinkle some fine salt.

Drizzle with Shi Yunsheng stock.

Put it in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
