Cabbage Rolls

Carrots, sausages, chopped green onions, diced meat, and diced fish are all chopped.

Pour the chopped stuffing into the oil pan, add salt and fry until cooked.

Add chicken essence to seasoning and put in a bowl for later use.

Put the Chinese cabbage in boiling water and blanch it half-cooked.

Drain off the cold water and remove the cabbage stems.

Spread the cabbage leaves flat and put the fried ingredients on top.

Then combine all four sides into a cabbage roll shape, as shown in the figure.

Sprinkle some refined salt to let the cabbage leaves taste. Fry for a while to get out of the pan
