Milk Hot Cocoa

Hershey's special black cocoa powder, pure milk, fine sugar

Add a tablespoon of granulated sugar to the milk pan

A pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of black cocoa powder (prepared from cocoa powder and alkalized cocoa powder), this cocoa powder is darker in color

Add 3 tablespoons of hot water

The water is heated to melt the sugar and mix the cocoa powder well

The milk pan I used is a bit big, and the ingredients are just flat on the bottom of the pan. I am afraid that when the bottom is boiled, some milk will be added (the milk will lose some nutrients when it is boiled, and it is better than paste đ)

Simmer cocoa powder

Stir constantly to prevent the bottom from sticking, boil for about two minutes

Add most of the remaining milk

Stir evenly, then reheat for a while (no need to boil)

Tips:
I followed the preparation method introduced on the outer packaging of cocoa powder. The amount of sugar has been halved, and the finished product is still a little sweet. It seems that foreigners really like sweets. I donât like sweet ones but donât add sugar
