Ingredients

Milk Hot Cocoa

1. Hershey's special black cocoa powder, pure milk, fine sugar

2. Add a tablespoon of granulated sugar to the milk pan

3. A pinch of salt

4. 1 tablespoon of black cocoa powder (prepared from cocoa powder and alkalized cocoa powder), this cocoa powder is darker in color

5. Add 3 tablespoons of hot water

6. The water is heated to melt the sugar and mix the cocoa powder well

7. The milk pan I used is a bit big, and the ingredients are just flat on the bottom of the pan. I am afraid that when the bottom is boiled, some milk will be added (the milk will lose some nutrients when it is boiled, and it is better than paste 😂)

8. Simmer cocoa powder

9. Stir constantly to prevent the bottom from sticking, boil for about two minutes

10. Add most of the remaining milk

11. Stir evenly, then reheat for a while (no need to boil)

12. Drink delicious while hot

Tips:

I followed the preparation method introduced on the outer packaging of cocoa powder. The amount of sugar has been halved, and the finished product is still a little sweet. It seems that foreigners really like sweets. I don’t like sweet ones but don’t add sugar
