Milk Stick

Prepare the ingredients, melt the butter, add the powdered sugar and eggs, and mix well. Leave a little egg wash and use it later.

Add flour to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture, and then form a dough that is moderately dry and wet. Let the dough sit for half an hour and relax for a while. Then roll the dough into a rectangular dough sheet (mine is a bit square, about half a centimeter thick, cut into strips)

Pick up and twist on both sides (this is the state, put them on the baking tray one by one, and then brush a little egg liquid)

Put it in the preheated oven at 180°, bake for 22-25 minutes, and watch for the last few minutes.
