Yeast Scallion Pancakes

Pour all the ingredients of the dough together, do not add all the water at once, add little by little depending on the water absorption of the dough

Use chopsticks to simply stir into a dough

Then knead the dough with your hands until it is soft and smooth. If it is too wet, you will have some flour on your hands, but don’t add flour.

Sprinkle a spoonful of vegetable oil on the baking tray, spread evenly, and flatten the dough

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place to double the size

After the fermentation is complete, sprinkle some water on the surface, sprinkle ripe white sesame seeds, press some small holes, and visit here. Continue to wake up for 10-20 minutes

Preheat the oven and fire up and down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
