Banana Muffins

After the flour is sifted, put all the ingredients except bananas in a water-free and oil-free dish

Stir well

Slice a big ripe banana, then mash it, just use a small spoon like me

Pour the mashed banana into the previous batter

Stir well

After heating the pot on medium heat, turn to low heat (without oil), use a spoon to scoop a spoon of batter, turn it over when batter is bubbling (turn it quickly, don’t think about it)

You can put some blueberry sauce on it, or sprinkle some powdered sugar
