Milk Tartary Buckwheat Cake

Scoop an appropriate amount of tartary buckwheat flour into a large bowl.

Pour the milk into the tartary buckwheat flour.

Put in an appropriate amount of sugar.

Stir it into a flowable paste.

Put a little oil in the electric baking pan, pour the batter and spread it into a cake shape and fry it. One side is cooked and turned over and the other side is fried. In order to look good, I used a cup as a mold to make a round shape.
