Milk Toast

Put the milk and eggs into the bread bucket first, and then put the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt into the bread bucket. (Salt, sugar and yeast are placed in different corners;)

Knead to the initial stage of development, put in butter cubes;

Knead into a dough, pull out the film, and then gather it into a smooth dough;

Divide equally into 3 small doses, spheronize separately, and relax for a few minutes;

Take a portion of the awake dough and roll it out into a tongue shape. Cover the other dough with plastic wrap;

Roll up from top to bottom, make the other two doughs, cover with plastic wrap and relax for a few minutes;

Take another dough and roll it into a tongue shape longer than the first time, being careful not to roll it back and forth;
8.
Roll up again from top to bottom, gently pinch the interface position;
9.
Process the other dough in turn and put it into the toast box;
10.
Ferment to 7-8 minutes full;

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, then bake for 35 minutes;
Tips:
1. The baked toast must be taken out immediately to avoid collapse;
