Mixed Lettuce Seedlings

Wash the lettuce seedlings with warm water and put them in the pot for later use.

Mince garlic and ginger.

Pour the seasoning juice into the lettuce seedlings and add two spoons of chili oil and mix well.

Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the blended vinegar and soy sauce for 5 minutes to become a sauce.

Transfer to a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil, and mix well. Scoop some red pepper from the chili oil to decorate.
Tips:
[1] If the soy sauce is salty enough, do not add salt, otherwise add appropriate amount of salt.
[2] The lettuce seedlings washed in warm water will not taste cold, and will not wilt like hot water washing.
