Roasted Carp with Vermicelli

Wash the crucian carp and set aside.

Wash the lettuce seedlings and set aside.
3.
Garlic slices, thick ginger slices are used to beat loose.

Tips:
[1] Put ginger, garlic, and dried chili in the oil one by one, put ginger first, because more ginger will make it more fragrant; chili is afraid of stickiness, put it last.
