[mother Komori Recipe] Men’s Nourishing-sanzi Duzhong Soup

Prepare the required materials.

After the sea cucumber is soaked, cut into pieces, and wash the rest of the ingredients for later use.

Blanch the chicken for later use.
4.
Add all the ingredients to the pot and add the right amount of water.
5.
After the fire is boiled, turn to a slow cooker for 1.5 hours.
6.
Add red dates and goji berries when the soup is almost boiled, and boil it for a while.
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and drink.
Tips:
1. Remove the pits of red dates before boiling the soup, otherwise it will get angry.
2. The dodder seeds are small, so it is recommended to pack a tea and make the soup.
3. People with spleen deficiency and loose stools are not recommended to eat mulberry seeds; people with yin deficiency and fire are not suitable to take Eucommia.
