Beef Stew with Cistanche

Ingredients: 60 grams of beef, 30 grams of Cistanche, 15 grams of dodder, 2 slices of ginger, water

Wash Cistanche and Cuscuta to control water

Add water to soak until the hair rises

Wash beef and cut into pieces

Put the ginger slices into a pot and boil
