In spring, this is the season for the buds of mugwort leaves. Mugwort has many effects, one of which is to treat cough. The method is to fry fresh wormwood leaves and eggs. I have been coughing this spring, so this method is used. Share it with everyone here.

Mugwort Omelette

1. Pick young wormwood leaves, which are about 5 cm of sprouting wormwood leaves, and clean them.

2. Chop a little bit.

3. Put it in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

4. Marinate for a few minutes, let the mugwort collapse

5. Beat in two eggs and mix well.

6. Stir until the egg mixture shows signs of whipping. As shown in the picture.

7. Put sesame oil in the pot. Pour the beaten mugwort into the flat

8. Turn it over when you sign in and finalize it, and just fry both sides until golden.

Tips:

When frying, be sure to use a small fire, never use a high fire. \nUse sesame oil to have a better cough relieving effect.
