Mung Bean Mixed Syrup

Soak mung beans, soybeans and shell powder to soften

While soaking the mung beans, boil the half-boiled quail eggs in a pot, remove the shells and wash them.

Cook the sago in advance, donโt cook too bad, leave a white spot, rinse with cold water to prevent it from sticking

Soak the mung beans and soy beans in an earthen pot on medium heat for half an hour, then pour in the soaked shell powder, shelled quail eggs and longan meat, continue to cook for five or six minutes, pour in sago dew and appropriate amount of brown sugar.
