Mushroom Chicken Soup

Prepare the chicken nuggets and shiitake mushrooms.

The mushrooms are soaked well.
3.
Boil the chicken pieces in a pot under cold water and add ginger slices.

Wash off the foam in cold water.
5.
Place the blanched chicken nuggets and shiitake mushrooms in an electric pressure cooker and press for 40 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and chicken essence, and cook.
