Nanyang Style Lemongrass, Yellow Turmeric and Indian Rice Braised Chicken Drumstick Rice

Marinate the chicken legs with turmeric powder for an hour.

Cut long beans into sections, cut red onion into small pieces, chop fresh turmeric, and cut lemongrass into sections and flatten. Soak the rice for thirty minutes.

Heat a wok, add two tablespoons of oil, over medium heat, add red onion, turmeric, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add rice and stir-fry evenly.

Add the long bean rice noodles, and then add two rice bowls and a half water. Cover with a small fire for about five minutes.

Put the chicken drumsticks on the rice noodles, cover, and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
Tips:
Don't over-fry the fragrant ginger, yellow ginger and red onion, or the aroma will become insufficient.
