Nine Flavor Salted Peanuts

The ingredients are ready.

After the peanuts are brewed in water, scrub them well.

Pinch the peanuts with your hands to make it easier to taste.

Add all the main ingredients, and salt, and cook for an hour (note that the rice cooker I use, using a soup pot, is ready for half an hour), and simmer for half an hour.

The boiled peanuts can be cooled and dried.

It tastes better in the refrigerator. But remember to add some soup. This makes the peanuts easy to taste.
