Dabao went to junior high school. I had all sorts of small jobs in the morning. It was too late and I loved to cook a pot of noodles. The ingredients are rich and the soup is delicious, and the children can go to school happily after eating and drinking. Friends like this breakfast or just try it in the evening.

Noodle Soup with Sprouts, Carrot and Shredded Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients, as shown in the picture are Arowana Youjia Noodles, Pork, Broccoli, Sprouts, and Carrots.

2. Add a little oil to the pot, put the shredded pork into the pot, stir-fry on low heat until slightly oily.

3. Then add light soy sauce and oyster sauce cooking wine to taste.

4. Add water and sprouts and cook until the soup tastes out.

5. Finally, put the carrot shreds in the pot and blanch it slightly.

6. In a separate pot, add water to a boil, blanch the broccoli in a pot until cooked, and then set aside.

7. Then, boil the golden arowana and dried noodles in a pot until they are cooked through.

8. This noodle is super good, it is not easy to spread, and the taste is great.

9. Then mix the cooked soup base with the cooked noodles.

Tips:

The noodles are boiled with a little more water, so the noodles cooked in this way have a good taste.
