The baby at home saw wantan noodles in the food advertisement, so I asked me to take him to eat. Now I really don’t have time to go out to eat with my two babies alone, so I prepared the ingredients and took a copy at home. If you like it, you can try it. It is great for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

Meatball Wonton Noodle Soup

1. To prepare the ingredients, I used Arowana Youjia Egg Noodles, Homemade Wontons, and Potatoes and Carrots.

2. Fry the soup base first, add a little oil to the pan, peel and cut the potatoes into the pan and stir-fry.

3. Then add clear water, a little more water, because it is used to make the soup base.

4. Then change the beef balls to the pot and simmer until they taste good.

5. Then add sprouts and carrot shreds for seasoning.

6. Finally, add salt and cooking wine to taste, and the soup base is complete.

7. Then raise the pot, add water to a boil, and boil the wontons in the pot until five layers are cooked.

8. Then add golden dragon fish and vermicelli noodles and cook together until the ingredients are cooked through.

Tips:

The soup needs to be the same so that it can be better served with noodles.
