Noodles Liangpi
1.
Prepare the naked oatmeal noodles, pour in the same amount of boiling water, stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent shape, and stir while pouring
2.
Sprinkle cornstarch
3.
When the dough is not hot, knead it into a smooth dough. Naked oats are very nice and can be smooth with a few simple rubs
4.
Brush a layer of cooking oil on the chopping board, take a piece of kneaded dough, and roll it into a dough sheet with a thickness of about 3mm. I made two large pieces of this dough
5.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, put a steamer, spread a damp cotton cloth, put the dough on the cotton cloth, cover the pot, and steam on medium heat for about 2 minutes
6.
The steamed noodles are buckled upside down on the chopping board and allowed to cool. Do not stack the steamed pasta together to prevent sticking together
7.
After drying, cut into strips, don’t need to pick too much, a bit wider and delicious
8.
Mix it in the way you like, with garlic sauce, cucumber, pepper, etc. As long as it tastes you like, it will be delicious.
Tips:
When steaming, remember to turn down the fire to prevent the water vapor from the lid from condensing and dripping on the noodles, causing pits and lumps, and the taste is not chewy. Wait for the dough to cool down before cutting it, so that it won’t stick and it’s easy to cut.
