Cold Naked Oat Noodles

Slowly add boiling water to the naked oat flour, stir the flour into a flocculent shape with chopsticks, knead it into a smooth dough while it is hot, and let it sit for a while.

Tips:
Naked oatmeal dough should be mixed with freshly boiled water. After being steamed and cooled, cut the noodles thinly, so that it will be easier to taste when mixing. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili oil, which is also delicious.
