Northeast Stir-fried Stew

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Add salt to the sesame paste, heat it up in stages to dissolve it, add chili oil, vinegar, sugar and mix well, add a little boiled water to soak the minced garlic

3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and add the powder
