Fried noodles can be said to be a real specialty snack of Jilin City. Fried noodles began in Jilin and were introduced to Changchun in the early days. Therefore, at first, only Jilin and Changchun had this snack in Northeast China. Later, some cities in Liaoning Province also have this snack on the street, but it is called fried stew. (Stir-fried stew started in Dalian and is also called Dalian Stir-Fried Stew. Stir-fried stew is similar to stir-fried noodles). The name of fried noodles in Changchun is different from that of Jilin. In Changchun, more people call it fried noodles.

Jilin Fried Noodles

1. Ingredients

2. Shred cucumber, parsley into small pieces, mince garlic

3. Put the sesame paste in a bowl, stir in one direction with cold boiled water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, soy sauce, and mix well

4. Cut the flour into small pieces

5. Fry the oil in the frying pan, add the powder, medium and small fire

6. Fry until the surface of the nuggets becomes hard

7. Put the fried noodles in a bowl, put cucumber shreds, coriander, minced garlic, and chili oil

8. Pour the mixed juice into a bowl, mix well and serve
