Quick-frozen cod, take it out in advance and thaw at room temperature

The amount of potatoes depends on the size of the potatoes and the food intake of the diners. Wash the potatoes and cook together with the skin, about 20 minutes, use chopsticks, if you can easily penetrate it, it will be cooked.

Prepare a small pot of lightly salted water. After boiling, boil the mini cabbage for half a minute and remove the water.

Tips:
Vegetables can be replaced according to your own taste. Many fast-food dinners are paired with carrots and mini cabbage, so I chose these two.
I just steamed the carrots, forgetting to take pictures, and steaming them until they become soft.
Salt is also added when the cod is marinated, and there is also salt in the mashed potatoes, so do not add too much salt, or the whole will be salty. The taste of western food is relatively light.
When cooking, boil the potatoes first. After the potatoes are cooked, prepare the mashed potatoes and fry the fish at the same time. In addition, prepare the matching vegetables at the same time, so that all the ingredients are completed at almost the same time, and the other parts will not be cooled because of waiting. Norwegians only eat one hot meal a day. It would be too cheating if even the dinner is cold.
