Steamed Cod with Mushrooms and Chopped Pepper

Prepare about 50 grams of chopped pepper; slice green onion and slice ginger;

After the cod is thawed, scrape off the scales and drain the water; wipe with cooking wine, salt and black pepper, and marinate for a delicious taste; (about 30 minutes)

Add green onion and ginger slices to the marinated fish;

Add chopped peppers;

Pour in sliced shiitake mushrooms, drizzle in a little oil, and taste very fresh;

Heat the pot into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
The fish is very tender and fresh. Don't pour out the fish soup and eat it with rice.
