1. Prepare machine-extracted pots, Chinese wolfberry, Ligustrum lucidum, etc.
2. Add about 350ml of water to the inner pot of the machine extraction pot (if heated boiling water is added, the extraction process will take one minute, if it is cold water, it will take about 5 minutes)
3. Put floating wheat, roasted licorice and cut jujube in the extraction bucket
4. The extraction hopper is placed in the inner container, the lid is closed, and the switch is turned on
5. About a minute or so, a cup of health tea is extracted
