Number Birthday Cake

Prepare the ingredients first. The ingredients in the recipe are a 28*28 cake. This digital cake requires 2 28*28 cakes. The actual amount of ingredients is doubled, so you need to bake 2 cakes.

The cocoa powder is mixed with warm water. I use Fafuna cocoa powder. It does not matter if the cocoa powder solution is mixed evenly.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk into two clean containers with no oil and water, add corn oil to the egg yolk and stir well.

The cocoa solution is sieved into the egg yolk liquid. If there is undissolved cocoa powder, press it on the sieve with a spatula several times and it will be split. Don't waste it.

Sift the golden arowana pastry wheat flour into the egg yolk liquid, use egg extract or spatula to mix up and down evenly, set aside.

First use an electric whisk to make a coarse bubble for the egg whites, then add a few drops of white vinegar and all the fine sugar. The fine sugar can be divided into two or three times.

The egg whites are beaten with an electric whisk until the small hook can be pulled out.

Take 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk paste, and stir evenly with a spatula, that is, cut and mix well.

The well-mixed egg yolk paste is poured back into the remaining meringue, and the mixture is continued to be mixed well. The well-mixed batter is smooth, delicate and shiny.

Spread greased paper in the baking pan in advance, pour the batter into the baking pan, and use a scraper to roughly flatten the surface.

Before putting the baking pan in the oven, shake it on the countertop a few times to shake out the large bubbles in the batter. Put the baking pan into the middle layer of the oven that has been preheated in place. The baking temperature is 160 degrees. The upper and lower pipes of the baking mode are heated at the same time. Bake for 20 minutes. Quickly tear off the oily paper on the cake, turn the cake over again and let it cool completely for later use.

Use cardboard to cut out the numbers to be used. The size is arbitrary. The numbers I cut are a bit big. Only one number can be cut out for a piece of cake. Use a sharp knife to cut out the cake. There are ready-made templates on the digital treasure, which are available in various sizes, and you can buy them on demand.

If the edges of the cut numbers are not neat, you can trim them with scissors, then separate them from the middle, and place them on a tray or cake pan. Instead of buying a ready-made cake pan, I cut out a piece of cardboard and wrapped it in baking grease paper. The effect was also good.

Add soft white sugar or icing sugar to the whipped cream until the texture is obviously not flowing. At the same time, prepare fruits.

The whipped cream is put into a piping bag. The flower mouth is free to use. You can also use round or other ones. Around the edge of the digital cake, squeeze a circle of whipped cream, and place a layer in the middle. Small pieces of kiwi fruit.

Cover another piece of cake, continue to squeeze a circle of whipped cream on the edge of the cake, and place raspberries, kiwi pieces and dripping chocolate in the gaps. Put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze and shape, and just take it out before eating.

Tips:
1. I printed the numbers on A4 paper, and then cut them onto the cardboard. One number was printed on a piece of A4 paper. When the cardboard was used, it was put on the cake with plastic wrap.
2. Two cakes are baked in two times. If the number is small, one cake is enough.
3. The wheat flour for Golden Arowana pastry is the official baking powder designated by the 2018 China International Family Baking Masters. The finished cake is fluffy and soft.
