Orange Jelly
1.
The canned oranges I made before are stored in a canned bottle. I took a full bottle and weighed 230 grams
2.
Pour out the canned oranges. Strain the juice into the milk pan.
3.
Gelatine tablets are first soaked in ice water to soften them. Be sure to use ice water, otherwise the gelatine slices will melt
4.
Heat the filtered canned water to about 60 degrees, add the soaked gelatine slices, and stir until the gelatine slices are completely melted
5.
Pour the orange petals into it
6.
Pour into a container and let cool. You can also cover it and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours
7.
Wait until the liquid is completely solidified. Just dig and eat
8.
You can also pour it out. There are so many oranges you make yourself. If you don’t like so many oranges, you can also increase the amount of liquid. But it should be noted that 5 grams of gelatine tablets are generally mixed with a ratio of 200-250 grams. Do pay more attention to adding gelatine tablets.
Tips:
1. If you don't have homemade canned food and don't want to cook oranges, just use the canned oranges you bought. The canned juice is sweet, no need to add sugar.
2. Some gelatin tablets have 5 grams each, and some have 2.5 grams each, so I didn't write it by piece, but directly wrote the weight.
