Rice Wine and Orange Sweet Soup
1.
Prepare canned oranges. Both the pulp and the sugar water in the can are required. The dosage can be determined according to your needs.
2.
Prepare rice wine, the ratio of oranges to rice wine is 2:1. That is to say, the amount of canned oranges should be more than the amount of rice wine.
3.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil and put in the dumplings. After the dumplings are placed in the pot, gently push the spoon a few times to avoid sticking to the pot. There should not be too much water for making glutinous rice balls, because there is still a part of sugar water in canned oranges and rice wine.
4.
Add the rice wine when the glutinous rice balls are boiled until they all float on the surface
5.
Then add the canned oranges and bring to a boil again.

7.
You can choose various flavors of glutinous rice balls according to your taste. I like black sesame seeds best. You can also skip the glutinous rice balls
