Oreo Frozen Cheesecake

Pour whipped cream into the crushed Oreo cookies and mix well

Then put 20 grams of mixed biscuits in each of 4 small mousse rings, flatten the bottom with a spoon, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

First add 20 grams of caster sugar to 200 grams of whipped cream and beat to 80%, set aside for later use

Pour cream cheese and 15 grams of fine sugar together and beat it smoothly with an electric whisk, then add the whipped cream and mix well

Then pour 20 grams of Oreo biscuits into the cheese paste

Put the finished cheese paste into a piping bag, squeeze it into the mousse ring at the bottom of the frozen biscuit, and use a spatula to flatten the surface (put it in the refrigerator for more than three hours
