Original Griddle Oyster Shrimp

Heat the pan with a little oil to make it more fragrant (you don't need to add it, just pour the oysters and shrimps in the pan)

Add the appropriate amount of pepper.

Add a little salt (the shrimp itself is very fresh, just seasoning) and stir fry quickly. When the pan is about to batter, add a small amount of water and continue to stir fry. The shrimp turns red and comes out of the pan.

Out of the pot, it's so delicious 😍.
Tips:
The water must be added less, and if it is too much, it will become a stew. There is no such deliciousness as a dry pot.
