Osmanthus Autumn Pear Jam

Prepare ingredients: autumn pear, fish film, lemon, osmanthus, maltose, white sugar, etc.;

Soak the fish film in water for 6 minutes, mix well with lemon juice

Peel, seed and cut autumn pears;

Pear the autumn pears with a food processor; PS: Don't squeeze the juice.

Put 50ml of water in a pot, add osmanthus and boil it into osmanthus tea;

Add autumn pear puree and boil again;

Add maltose and white sugar, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and simmer until it becomes thick. Finally, add lemon juice and fish film, and boil again;
Tips:
1. Fish film needs to be soaked for 6 minutes, if fish gelatin powder can be used directly;
2. When using a food processor to break autumn pears, do not fry them into juice, just use pear puree;
3. You can put as much sugar as you like.
4. It can also be kept cool in a sealed jar and placed in the refrigerator. Take it out when you want to eat.
