Osmanthus Powder

This is osmanthus powder.

Cut shiitake mushrooms, ham, greens, and red cabbage into small pieces.

Wash the dried shrimps.

Boil the water in the pot and add some salt.

Boil the osmanthus powder for 3 minutes.

Remove and put in the cool white, let it cool, and drain it.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the dried shrimp skins to get a fragrance and push it aside with a spatula.

Add chopped green onion and sauté.

Next, add the mushrooms and stir fry the ham for a few times.

Add the greens and stir-fry the purple cabbage.

Add osmanthus powder and stir fry.
12.
Just add salt to taste.
