Oven Version Grilled Fish
1.
The fish is cut in half, and the blood and scales are cleaned. When I bought the fish, the boss split the fish for me. Because I want to make two flavors, the two pieces of fish are completely separated. If you only make one flavor, you don’t need to split it. The finished product will be more beautiful.
2.
Cut a few holes in the back of the fish, don't cut it.
3.
Spread the salt on the front and back and let marinate for 15 minutes.
4.
Use tin foil to make two cartons and place them in a deep baking tray, and put half of the fish on each. Preheat the oven at 230℃ and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5.
Heat 100 grams of oil on a low heat, add the pepper and star anise and fry it until fragrant. Pour out half of the oil and fry it with dried red pepper.
6.
Brush the fish with a lot of spice oil, the non-spicy oil on the left and the spicy oil on the right.
7.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, shredded onion, and tempeh to fry until fragrant. Add the sauerkraut fish seasoning to the spicy flavor and stir well.
8.
Sauté all the vegetables (spicy and non-spicy separately), add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and other seasonings, add water to boil. You can taste it again, and adjust it if it is not enough.
9.
The cooked vegetables are covered with the broth on the fish, and the broth is best poured in the cut in the fish. Change the oven to 165℃, and bake for 15 minutes.
10.
It's out, it smells so good! My daughter and I didn't eat dinner. One half a bottle of beer, and half a grilled fish, we were completely full.
Tips:
There is no sugar in the video, and the taste of the finished dish is sour, so add a spoonful of sugar to the ingredient list. You can leave it out if you don’t like sweet. The seasoning must be according to your taste.
