Oyster Sauce Fish Paste Rolls

The fish flesh is de-stabbed and put into a blender and ground into a puree of fish flesh.

Mix the ground fish paste with cornstarch, chicken essence, salt, seasoning and mix well and set aside.

Take the seaweed and spread it on the bamboo curtain, and place the mixed fish mud on the seaweed, as shown in the figure.

Then roll into a roll from the inside to the outside, as shown in the figure.

The rolled fish paste rolls are steamed in a steamer.

After cooling, the slices are placed on the plate.

Drizzle with chili oil, oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Serve the fish paste rolls.
