Pan-fried Fish Nuggets
1.
Wash the fish and cut into pieces, sprinkle salt and pour in a little cooking wine to marinate for half an hour (because this fish is a wild one bought before, so cut into pieces for later use).
2.
Put a little oil in the pot, put the fish pieces in the pot in turn, turn the heat to low, and fry for 3 minutes, then turn to the other side and continue to fry until golden on both sides.
3.
Fry until golden on both sides, pour in two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of cooking wine, add half a bowl of water to continue cooking, turn the other side and cook for another two minutes after boiling.
4.
Put the green onion slices into the pot and put it on the plate.
Tips:
The fish is marinated in advance, it will be easier to taste; when frying the fish, do not turn it frequently, especially when it is just cooked, otherwise it will break easily;
