Pan-fried Horsefish

1. Remove the belly and gills of the horse glue fish.

2. Cut horse maw into pieces, slice ginger, and cut garlic into sections.

3. Add oil in a hot pan, fry the ginger slices and horse maw slowly. When the two sides are red, add the garlic sprouts, light soy sauce, pepper, and a little water until the juice is collected.

4. Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
