Pan-fried Pork Bun

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, place the quick-frozen buns on the bottom of the pan, and fry for half a minute on low heat

Pour the water starch into the pot along the side of the pot, the amount of water is about 1/3 of the height of the bun, quickly cover the pot, and fry for 3-5 minutes on medium and low heat

In the meantime, wash the shallots and chop them into fine pieces
