Tomato and Egg Soup + Pan-fried Pork Bun + Fried Sausage

Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, quick-frozen buns, crispy sausage, white sesame seeds, green onions, parsley, edible oil, and salt.

The ingredients are handled separately. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, wash the parsley and the green onions, and cut them into small pieces. The eggs are beaten into a bowl and broken into egg liquid. Wash the crispy sausage and cut a cross knife at one end.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the electric skillet. After the oil is hot, add the tomatoes, stir it from time to time, and the tomatoes will be heated and fry the juice out.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot and continue to boil for 1 minute after boiling.

Pour the egg liquid in a circle along the electric skillet, stir a few times quickly, and wait for the tomato and egg soup in the pot to boil again.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste before starting the pan, sprinkle with celery for fragrant flavor.

Add a little cooking oil to the frying pan, add the crispy sausage when the oil is hot, and start heating on a low fire. Turn it every 1 minute or so, and the crispy intestines will slowly bloom like blooming flowers. After frying, you can start the pan. The crispy intestines are made in seasonings, and there is no need to add salt in this step.

The fried sausages are placed on a plate, each one is decorated with black sesame seeds.

Re-add cooking oil to the pan, fill the entire frying pan neatly with the steamed buns, and start frying on a medium-low heat. When frying until the bottom of the bun appears light yellow, add about 100ml of water and continue heating.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, fry for about 1 minute, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions, then turn off the heat.
Tips:
You can prepare some tomato sauce or Thousand Island sauce and eat it with crispy sausage.
