Pan-fried Sea Fish
1.
Haili fish cleans the internal organs and scales and drains the water.

Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and spread the fish on the bottom of the pan and fry.
4.
Fry until golden on one side and then turn it over and fry.
5.
Fry both sides golden brown and sprinkle a layer of shredded ginger.
6.
Sprinkle a layer of garlic evenly.
7.
Pour some light soy sauce before pouring out of the pot and turn it over.
Tips:
After the light soy sauce is poured, the heat should be changed to a low heat, otherwise it will burn easily.
